You can't help but love this CD. It is an amazing synthesis of inspirational messages that make you feel positive and uplifted, together with music and rhythms that get your juices flowing, feet tapping, booty shaking and put a smile on your face. Michael Beckwith's resonant speaking voice is beautifully backed by Rickie Byars Beckwith and others.

The CD speaks to all generations, and the quality reflects the involvement of some of the top arrangers and creatives of today's pop music scene. It's great dance music, and I like to exercise to it in the morning. Even when I'm practically sleepwalking, it gets me feeling happy and energized in minutes.

What a gift to have such life-affirming and encouraging messages pounded into your subconscious instead of the usual fare. It's a great way to start or end any day.
