This is a book for everyone. Its message is compelling, and while the suggested practices require dedication to one's growth as a human being, I found them to be simple, pure and easy to work with. And - an important point for me - this book is utterly free of dogmatism. I feel inspired and encouraged on my path. I would say this is a book for everyone who wishes to find, and embrace, inner peace.
