Using colloquialisms that we hear every day like 'ignorance is bliss', 'out of the frying pan and into the fryer', and 'if at first you don't succeed...try, try again', we learn to see how simple sayings can reinforce negative feelings and how to turn them around.

This book aims to help you create anything you want by showing you how to unleash the power of your own energy, by noticing when you give your power away, and how you can change your thought processes to achieve a more positive state. 'Everything is energy,' the authors say and this is shown through gems of everyday wisdom.

Organised by colloquialisms, each section of The Big E is never more than two pages. This makes this book great for dipping into, to give yourself a boost, or to have something to mull over. It could be used as a daily read with over 100 sayings to choose from.

Jarrad Hewett and Dee Wallace write with conviction, humour and joy. Easy to read and scattered with jokes that will make you laugh out loud, this is a pleasurable read that is highly recommended.
