It is written with such straight-forward clarity and relevant examples of how the brain operates from “conditioning” that it is a quick and easy read, although I suggest you take you time and to really absorb the powerful message and change tools being offered. My copy came with two CDs designed to guide the process of successfully rewiring the neuropathways of one’s brain. This isn’t a self-improvement book, this is a gift for permanent change. As the author says, she isn’t trying to help people replace unwanted habits with more desirable habits; she wants to help people be “cageless”—to be free from negative conditioning so that we can achieve our highest aspirations.
