About me

Born in Salem, MA, I have been a Seacoast New Hampshire/Maine resident since 1996, when, having spent a number of years living in places as diverse as New York City and Albuquerque, New Mexico, I found myself pining for the smell of the Atlantic mixed with balsam; for the taste of fresh lobster washed down with a cold Smuttynose beer. After swearing off the traditional education model, I went on to earn an MA in Consciousness Studies from Goddard College and a PhD in Psychology from Saybrook University. I am the author of several books on indigenous philosophy, including:
