I purposely don't say weight loss, because the other side of that coin is weight gain, which usually follows weight loss in the proverbial yo-yo effect. Sandy helps you get a handle on why YOU are overeating, so you can develop your own strategies for creating a new and healthy relation to food forever. You should gain good insight into your own behavior from reading it, and a good measure of self-control from using the meditations.

It is a skinny little book which should provide any reader with good value for the time spent reading it.
