Robert Bruce’s book Energy Work: The Secrets of Healing and Spiritual Growth contains all you need to know about energy work. It is jam-packed full of exercises to help stimulate awareness of the energy body using “Body Awareness Tactile Imaging.” This system is based on stimulating your energy flow through the sense of touch rather than visualisation.

The exercises start gently, by becoming aware of energetic sensations in the hands and feet, and gather momentum as you become more attuned to your energetic flow. Bruce then teaches you how to produce energy balls and to use them throughout your body to stimulate and heal, using many different techniques. One of the most beneficial techniques he offers cleanses toxins from your aura by creating an energy barrier that shields you from negative energies. The book includes exercises to remove energy blockages and release excess energy through techniques such as a salt bath, shower, or running water energy dump.

Bruce makes energy work simple and easy to do although finding time to practice may be the biggest challenge if you are new to using these techniques. He helps you to understand your primary energy centers and to charge your healing work with positive intention.

This is the kind of book you will dip into over again to perfect your energy work and for those times when you know your body needs support in healing. It will help you to engage with your higher self as you take more time to link with your body awareness. If you are considering using energy work to heal your body and mind then this book is an invaluable resource and highly recommended.
