After starting to read this book full of Ilchi Lee's descriptions of the inspiring and empowering red rocks of Sedona, I looked up airfares so I could go there myself and see what he was talking about... I finished the book a few days ago, and have already purchased my ticket for a weekend of hiking and inner exploration! I am looking forward to visiting some of the sites and trying the meditations he describes in the book. I have been practicing the LifeParticle and MindScreen Energy Meditation (found in the Appendix on page 213) daily and have been pleased with how much calmer, more focused and motivated I have felt as I take time to visualize my hopes and dreams unfolding in my imagination. I recommend this book for people who are trying to de-clutter their minds and re-connect with a higher self inside.
